Good afternoon.
Your Computer will not allow your c drive to fill up, it cannot. It will slow way down to the point of not being able to use it before it fills up. Also the PC will alert you when c drive is getting full. You should never have more than 80% used in order to really be efficient.
As far as dual OS, you will know if another OS is in place and in an active partition, when if you start you r pc and iit asks you which os to load.
