Auto Populate Sheet 2 basis data on Sheet 1

Hi
I have raw data on sheet 1 one of the column is "group name". Data is related to 150 groups, however I need data for only 24 groups. Is it possible to have this data for 24 groups automatically populate on next sheet the moment I paste raw data on the first sheet. Any solution is highly appreciated. The idea is to filter 24 groups out of these 150 with minimal efforts rather than having to select 24 manually which is time consuming.

Hi Abraham,

What separates the 24 from the 150? What makes them unique; stand out from the others?

Copy (or move?) 24 cells or 24 rows?
