System boots up asking for administrators password

I have a Dell Latitude D630 and it just did this. I have a admin pass. But it tells me it wrong. After the 3rd try the system shuts down . I seen one fix was take it apart and find a 8 pin chip on the back of the board. Anyway I did that and the chip number was not there. Then next look for a cmos chip close to memory and jump it. Looked can't find one .next Idownloaded the software called edfix. Something like that. You stated it in here. But I still can't get to setup. Don't I need to call Dell and ask for password. I looks like I got a now bios on line and Ithink that did this. Here is me screen

Also F8 don't work. Goes to same screen

Also this system is a factory Vista lab. Its running.XP PRO.with eom 3 pack. All up to date. Bios ver is A17.com the screen that comes up is just like the one with taking it apart and jumpimg a jumper on the back of the board
