Is there any way to "make a video of your computer screen events with audio" without any software in windows 8?? and where it is saved?

I don't know about the best, it depends on you. Do you want freeware or shareware?

You can look through Kioskea's download section there are tons of it, find one to your liking, compatible with Windows 8,

Also check your Windows Movie Maker in your programme files.
