Hello,
Try this 1
First make sure that your CD\DVD drive is detected.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened.
Under "DVD/CD-ROM drivers", you should be able to see your drive name.
If the drive name doesn't appear then check your IDE\SATA Cable and the power
connector. Try different IDE\SATA Cable and the power connector.
