Have you checked your power supply?
Have you had power surges in your home ?
Could also be a HD issue.

Ah LOL.
As soon as I mad this forum the system started booting up.
I guess it was just the Cmos battery after all and the ram.
To any one still experiencing this problem.
Just simply remove the power cord, reseat everything connected to the PSU
EVERYTHING!!!
and the CSMOS
The connect it back and put the Csmos back with one ram.
Dont turn it on. Give it a 10 minutes go and chill have fun.
Come back and presto it goes on.
