while closing tally after the upgrade to 4.7 from 3.5.. cant able to close normally....
screen become white and the error name is APpHangB1 , version 1.0.4.7, app signature -1094,type-0, and local id - 1094 this type of information displayed what is it ? and how can make clear it. i am using windows 7.

problem affected tally. i am using tally erp.3.5 version. recently i upgrade my tally to 4.7 version.
after this...at the time of quite ..this error message appeared . tally got hang and not able to close normally.. each time this error repeating at the time of closing the tally.program. no other problems to working..

I file is probably corrupted, I suggest that you reinstall the software
