I'm trying to view things which need flash player on facebook but keep getting told I need to upgrade to Adobe Flash Player 12. I've done this twice now and still no result. This happens every time I need to upgrade and it's very frustrating. The program is showing in my programs downloaded list.

Can you please uninstall Adobe Flash Player, restart and install it again.
