Not working is much to vague. Please explain the entire issue.
Dear Sir,
I am using the sony vaio VPCEH25EN laptop with window 7 os. after recovery of my laptop with the recovery media the software automatically updated with arcsoft webcam companion 4 and my web cam is not working instead tried for uninstall and than installed again.
Please advice, how to solve.
