hello :) ,
i have just installed a new windows 7 and every thing was working well
but later i tried to open firefox, it gives me an error saying "firefox stopped working"
and it asked me to find solution online or close it and no choice worked
so i tried installing google chrome, it successfully installed but it didn't open any site :(
i tried to uninstall it then install again but this also didn't worked
again i tried installing opera browser but it gave me the same error with firefox and google chrome
sorry for the long message but i hope finding a solution as fast as possible :)
thank you very much and sorry again :)

Have you tried to get Firefox working in safe mode with networking?

You have not answered my question, have you tried safe mode with networking?

Note that I have transferred your case to the virus forum.

Should have asked before.

Start you machine while tapping f8, a black screen will appear, select safe mode with networking. Then try your Firefox.

i pressed F8 while starting the computer ,a black screen appeared with a table of many options but it didn't contain (safe mode with network ) or any similar options
and below this table it said, press c for command line or b for boot
i pressed c and entered "safe mode" -i don't know whether it's right or not- but anyway it didn't work and didn't give me any thing :/

tell me what should i do :/
