Toshiba Quosmio does not start

My Laptop do not start up at all only fans are running ,no lights,screen black
I try by disconnecting all power including batterie and started again without batterie ,still same problem,I remove both rams cleanthem than replace it ,nothing happen
What I do have have now is only fans running,cannot even start the touch pad
Any one can help

Hi

After you removed the battery and cable, did you pressed and held the power button for 58 seconds?

only fans working all the rest is dead

hi!i do have 2 hard drive in my laptop
will try to connect another monitor later in the day and will revert to you
i try also ctrl+alt+del but nothing happen
but when I look the light of the drive is not running as it
should do when starting the computer

I'm also getting a headache!

Just in case you have a video card issue, I would try an external monitor, if that does not work, try alt+ctrl+del and tell me if you see anything, if not, I'm pretty sure your hard disk has trespassed. (RIP)
