Memory card converts into read only memory card?

Hello,
my micro SD memory card has converted into read only memory card when i insert in my mobile and tried to delete any data than the warning is shown that it is not available for read only memory card...so plz give me the suggestion for converting my memory card back into original..

insert it and then go the the proper drive letter
right click on it go to properties at the the bottom are
some boxes read write archive uncheck the read box
then hit apply and ok
