My system is not starting, it goes like is starting then beep and click and present me an option to launch startup repair or use safe mode. What do I do? I have try restarting and pressing F8 but same result

Windows is telling you that some key part of the Windows code is not readable. This is most often caused by a failed sector of the hard drive. I suggest you take the computer to a local repair shop to see if they can confirm the hard drive problem and see if it makes sense to replace it.
