Ok, that is a virus. Run a virus scan. If your anti-virus program doesn't quarentine and remove it, then you need to get an online scan. Let us know the result of your first scan.

It is not allowing me to connect to internet . And also my antivirus is not running. Not only antivirus but also other applications are also not getting open. Browsers also.
