I am getting this error code when I start my laptop. I have window 7.
It disables functioning of applications and also my browsers are not working.

Ok, that is a virus. Run a virus scan. If your anti-virus program doesn't quarentine and remove it, then you need to get an online scan. Let us know the result of your first scan.

It is not allowing me to connect to internet . And also my antivirus is not running. Not only antivirus but also other applications are also not getting open. Browsers also.

You are ging to have to go into a store and buy an anti-virus program, then and install it.
That is the easiest way to resolve, as you cannot download.
