Hello, is there an easy to use software that will stream live video from my cell phone camera to my laptop, and visa versa, and save the video file on my laptop, while being on a seperate network, or unsecure network?   



Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Well, you had a chance until you wanted to reverse the phone camera to the pc.  Lorex has stuff like this, none of it is free!
