i have an gmail account that i can not get access to it is very important that i get in too it has all my contacts for my adopted daughter my name is<REMOVED FOR SECURITY> please help it also has my information on the wher abouts of my father that i tracked down please help me i cant remember the password or the label imformation or the apps that used and there dates please help me i have a new phone number and i cant remember the phone number attached to that account iether please can you help me thank you for your time

On the other hand, if you have not used your Gmail account for over 30 days, it may have been deleted. You must then create a new one, insuring that you note your password and security question and store it a safe place, remembering where the safe place is.
