Hello, I was useing real player basic,noting will download from any site,youtube,adult sites,what is the answer,change browser to chrome,will real player.16 or clouds do all downloads instead,thanks for any help,dan,,,<< email address removed per policy>>

Dan. What is your configuration? Are you certain your machine has the "rights" to any of these files? What does yourtech support guy/girl say about? Go ask the librarian, they just might be able to help you.
