Unable to use wifi

Hello.. I am able to connect internet to my PC but unable to connect it to my wifi device.. It doesnt show any connectivity please help

Scan your computer for malware

And delete all malware

And restart computer

How should one aquire a malware detecting software if one can't download one, because the wifi doesn't work?

So, do you have a Network cable to try? Who's router is it? Have you contacted your ISP, because it you can't use why pay for it!
