Memory card not getting formatted

Hello,

i have tried the above steps going to disk management and right click on the usb drive and format.
i have tried it both fat32 and exfat options but of them failed and displayed " format unsuccessful " and i dont have the slightest clue of what to do now
plz help _/\_ ....

Please try Quick format option is available if works. Or try formatting on diff system.
