The VGA driver is dependent on the Video Chip on either the motherboard or your video card. I suggest a free program called SlimDrivers. It will identify, download and install all the current drivers for your computer. Just Google the name for a download location.

I have installed SlimDrivers. It is for driver update. But I have no VGA driver. So what should I do now?

SlimDrivers should be able to update the video (VGA) driver.
