Hi

Try this:

1. Unplug and remove the battery.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start

Good luck

Hi

1. Try to boot in safe mode and if safe mode does not work...

2. Try to plug to an external monitor to see if you get a signal

Hi

If the external monitor worked, it means that your graphic or video card is in good order. The problem must be with the monitor, it could be one of the following issues:

1. Some circuit to the monitor has broken.

2. Most probably that your back lights must be replaced or

3. You need a new invertor.

All of the above can be diagnosed by a qualified hand-on technician but don't let him tell you that it's your video card.

Sorry and good luck
