Delete the printer and all associated software.
go to the manufacturers website and download the latest software/drivers.
install again.

Thanks you so much, I will follow your best.
One more thing seem to be the same, but difference computer.
One of other user computer that she connect to networking printer.
All networking printers she can printing without problem, but only one printer(network) printer, she can't printing out, it was always take not responds.
How can I do that?

No.. The second computer is HP laser printer network..
(This HP Printer Network is allowed for only 5 people to access it, 4 people can printing on this printer as well, but only one that has issue with that)
