Delete the printer and all associated software.
go to the manufacturers website and download the latest software/drivers.
install again.

One more thing seem to be the same, but difference computer.

All networking printers she can printing without problem, but only one printer(network) printer, she can't printing out, it was always take not responds.
How can I do that?

(This HP Printer Network is allowed for only 5 people to access it, 4 people can printing on this printer as well, but only one that has issue with that)
