Microsoft Publisher installation of the package failed.

Hello,

I have been trying to download Microsoft Publisher for a school project, but a message popped up when it was done downloading. It said that the installation of the package failed. I am using the download setup file X16-32967_2010.vtsafe. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.
