Hi guys
My Windows XP shows bluescreen stop: c0000135 {unable to locate this component}
It happens this morning when I switch it on. Last night I upgrade Norton security. I think is the one of the course of problem. And I can't uninstall it because I can't reach to the windows.

Anyone can help me please to solve a problem

Try to boot into safe mode and uninstall the Norton security. (If it doesn't work, you can send me a message and i will reply you as soon as possible)

I did try by safe mode it doesn't help me. Still doing the same thing.

(sorry for answering you very late) you can try taking out the hard drive then copy the files you have in there (only if you want them) and format completely the hard drive and reinstall windows
