My internet works,But my browser doesn't.(HP Laptop)

I have a problem with my Browsers.It's not working even though my laptop is connected to the Internet.
What I did is,I Uninstalled both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox then re-installed it,but it still did not work.
Everytime I open my browser(ex.www.google.com or any websites) it will always say.
"Your firewall,proxy or anti-virus didn't allowed this browser on your......."
I check for it many times,But still nothings change.
Can you help me with it? My Explorer too doesn't work properly.
my laptop is HP.
