Conditional format based on another cell on another page

I have two databases. One is a list of parents and the other a list of students. The parents each have a unique 'Parent ID.' I need to evaluate each student last name on one page and see if it matches a parent last name on the other page. If it does, I need the student to get the same, unique 'Parent ID.'

Any ideas? Thanks!
