When i try to type letter A i moves the blinking cursor to the begging of the page..please assist

I suggest you test with a USB keyboard. You might need to replace the keyboard.

Am using a laptop, it only works well when i connect an external keyboard, either wireless, USB.. is there a way i can fix it.. if i type 6 or A it jumps to the first line cant use control Key

No way to fix - it's replace only. Perhaps Ebay can provide a replacement keyboard.
