                    More details are required
1)Have you tried updating your drivers ? If not then update them using slimdriver a free driver updater
https://www.slimwareutilities.com/slimdrivers.php
2)Which games are you trying to run? Are they Pirated games? If so then I recommend that you delete them, run an complete virus scan and then try running the games in power option "high performance "

                    Hey mate,
It's actually depending on the game you're trying to play. Always make a Can You Run It? test on https://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri before installing a game so you know whether your PC meets the game's requirements or no.
If you believe that your PC meets with the Game's minimum requirements (at least) then I suggest that you first do a Virus/Malware/Spyware scan on your PC and then updating your PC's drivers (And specially, the GPU's one).
Let me know if it helped.
Cheers,
Hassen B
