MY LAPTOP WON'T GO PASS BLACK SCREEN..I TRIED TAPING f10 I also even tried TAKIN the battery out and powering on and off computer but nothing works someone please help

Try clean the RAM memory connections or switch it
Example with: office eraser, alcohol, cotton cloth, etc..
