Can you let me know what, if CPU, Graphic, Motherboard beginning crush, what symptom of them? how can we know?

Could you provide me the software to run test hardwares as CPU, Motherboard, Graphic to make sure they beginning broke or no?

right click on the task bar and see the task manager and know wether the cpu speed has no fluctuation
in the graph
