Hello, hp desktop can not boot to desktop showing bios checksum failure, contact hp. Please how can i update the bios to current version?

Try removing the CMOS battery for 60 seconds. This will often reset the BIOS.
A failed BIOS can not be updated. Since you need a working BIOS to run the update. The standard practice is to replace the whole BIOS chip with a correctly programmed one.
