Unsupported Mode display

I mistakenly changed to a unsupported screen / desktop background display with the following key words : H : 95.4Hz V:60.0Hz and has not been able to switch back to a supported mode and have my desktop display.. 

Com is Dell Tower.

    You might delete the video driver and revert to the default VGA driver.  Then download a new video driver.
