Computer wont reboot

I accidently deleted all my restore points s and now my computer wont reboot. All it does id say the words repairing but then shuts down and starts with thw twirling circle over and over. i have a gateway desk top thats almost 2 yrs. ole. please help me bring my pc back.

I'm afraid that you must reinstall your operating system with the CD's.
