Can't connect wifi

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S Duos 3 SM-G313HU, 2-3 days back. I can not access the internet from Office LAN even though Wifi is coonected. Please help me.

If you are connected with wifi, then tunr of mobile data. See if that helps.

Try turning off the device/mobile once, hope it helps!
