what may be wrong with my blueetooth connections for hp 2000 and how can i sort that problem..Bluetooth is not working.

Hello,

Are you sure that your laptop has a bluetooth connexion? I don't think so except if you have installed it.
It has probably a wireless connexion but it is not the same thing.
