I cannot get the Adobe Flash Player installation notice to upgrade my account to work. I have an Apple iMac computer with the "OS" system. I should have written down all the specifics when i first installed it but I did not.

The questions are simple:
1. I don't remember whether my e-mail address used was either Sealion67@aol.com or xyzdb@verizon.net. These are the two I use most frequently.
2. I do not remember my password.
3. How do I get the new updated Adobe system installed? Why can't we just start over treating this request like a new account?

Thanks at least for answering my message. You are the only one who has (I have tried to contact other Adobe sites).

I don't know much about Mac O/s

Normally on windows I would remove all traces of Flash Player from the computer and start anew.
