It can't find it !!

Hello I hope you can help me I have a iMac but I also have a Samsung galaxy s4 an the 8 inch tablet an now my Mac can't find none of my devices Via USB an my child has put a pass code on my phone an I really can't afford to pay anyone or buy software to get pass this password problem without deleting everything I have pic of my sister that has pass just 3 weeks ago that I don't want to lose can you HELP at all on this please

Hello,

I'd expect you to not be able to access files via USB on your Samsung with it being locked.

Does it have a micro SD card in it? if so you should be able to take it out and read it that way.

otherwise you're going to have to figure out the passcode for your phone.

Obviously the design is that you cannot crack such codes as any thief would have a field day.
