if you'd like to reset one of Samsung's legacy model phones.


If you have a more recent Samsung model (e.g. a Monte, an Omnia, etc.), dial

to reset your phone.

How To Restore Samsung Device to Factory Settings

If you find that simply resetting your phone does not work for you, you may need to move on to perform a hard reset on your device. This will remove all of your personal information, but it may also clear up any system issues that you might have.
