Have been having trouble with your Samsung phone? If it's moving slowly, freezing, or crashing, you may be interested in resetting the device. Here we'll walk you through resetting your Samsung phone without deleting any of your data. This will reboot it and allow for the phone to function normally, if the issue is not severe.
Using your phone's calling feature, dial
if you'd like to reset one of Samsung's legacy model phones.
If you have a more recent Samsung model (e.g. a Monte, an Omnia, etc.), dial
to reset your phone.
If you find that simply resetting your phone does not work for you, you may need to move on to perform a hard reset on your device. This will remove all of your personal information, but it may also clear up any system issues that you might have.
