Can't download Tango on my Android phone

I am trying to download Tango in my Nite 4 Phone (Android)...It is not verifying my Cell number..It is not able to send Verificatiin code to my phone number so, I can't download this Tango app on my phone...

you can download tango only if you have android smartphone . if you have you can download
