Andres
Hi! my english is not good but I'll try to help you.
I had the same problem a week ago, I couldn't start my computer with any mode, safe mode, etc... I can't to use CHKDSK C: /f
my computer was restarted again and again in every mode.
First I tryed to install windows 7 again, formatting the pc but when I did this... appeared a blue screen, the same that you mentioned, stop: 0x00000024 ntfs.sys
so... I scaned my pc wih HDD regenerator, but this program didn't find any problem.
My solution was, create a booteable usb with ubuntu 14.04, this SO allow to use the ubuntu for to try it, once done open the terminal with ctrl + alt + T
once done write the following command:
sudo blkid
**immediately appears the list disks and partitions, you will to see someone that have " type=ntfs" .. That is the window's disk.
once done it, you have to copy "/dev/sdaX" X= is the numer of disk, you can have 1,2,3 ... etc for example "/dev/sda1"
copy it and after write this command:
sudo ntfsfix /dev/sda1
this command will reapir your disk, once done, restart the pc without the usb, and windows will start the CHKDSK automatically. reparing all the problem and starting the pc normally.
check this video.... you can see all the process but in spanish.
