please help I have a toshiba satellite C855D-S5106 and I need to reboot it however when I try it says checking media fail!!!! I have tried power and 0 f2 f8 f12 and NOTHING is working!!!! I take online classes and need my laptop to do assignments. Thank you to whoever can get me up and running again

It sounds like your hard disk has failed. You will probably need a local repair shop to replace the disk and re-install Windows. All this work might cost more than a new laptop.
