My loopy computer

My computer is in a loop ,No signal to Monitor,then it will restart the whole process ,my keyboard will not give commands

OK, so start by unplugging ever cord but the power cord.

Try to boot it up. If it boots, then plug in the keyboard, try again. Insert each new piece one at a time until it won't boot.

Let us know how it does....
