Need advice to buy a new phone

Hello,
I'm planning of buying a new phone but i'm confused b/w andriod & windows. So i need ur help.
The feature i need r as under:
1. 3g phone
2. Good back camera with led flash
3. Good front camera
4. Video Call
5. Skype video call
6. Free Voice call app
7. Video editing app like v hav in win pc like Wmm
8. Photo editing app
9. I could write,edit & view pdf,exel & word files
10. 1gb ram
11. Wifi
12. Push mail with email clients like gmail,yahoo,outlook
13. Social apps like whatsapp,line,wechat,viber,hike
My brand prefrence 4 android wil b samsung & 4 windows i think nokia was beter with it. Hope microsoft is good enough.

In my honest opinion, stay aware form Windows based phones. Stay on the android platform.

So can u suggest me a android phone that have the above features with a GPS too

Understand there is no free voice call (unless you are using WIFI, then it doesn't use cell mintues.). I have LG and Samsung in the past without hesitation of using again in future. My LG phone even has IR on it, so that I can use a s a remote control for anything utilizing IR! YOU will really need to throw your requirements at a salesperson, and not make a decision until you speak with a couple of them.
