Hi I'm having a problem my phone is not working internet sites are not working it show the clock thing and now I forgot my security code I want to restore my settings plz help

Why do you need a security code, security code is for getting access to all functions. Can you make a call?

Yes I can make n receive calls but I'm unable to go on the internet I want to do a system restore but the 12345 gives me error

I suppose you wish a soft reset.

A soft reset will clear pending errors and bring your mobile to its initial state by restoring factory settings. To do this, the shortcut is: *#7380#

It will restore .ini files from ROM in order to keep all your data (themes, 3rd party applications, video, photos, and music files)

Using the *#7370# sequence

Completely format phone memory. Default files are cleaned up and rewritten.
Note that data found on memory card will not be altered

As for internet, if you were able to access it before, I suggest you contact your service provider.

The first code tells me unknown and the 2nd one tells me to restore the settings. But needs the security code which 12345 says code error. Thanks for your effort
