hi sir / madam

I am having trouble opening my yahoo mail. I forgot my yahoo ID password , it's alternate email password as well as the security questions answers. Help me recover back my yahoo account .

Go to this page
https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=home&locale=en_CA&y=PROD_ACCT
Select password and sign in
Select forgot password
Click on "password helper" or
Click on the envelope to get the Yahoo customer service phone number for your region.
Or click on the envelope to open an e-mail case.
If you do not know your security question, in the space provided for them, write "unknown"
