Hey sudhir. Have you tried to format the flash drive via Disk Management or CMD?
Format via Disk Management (this is about a hard drive, but the procedure is the same except for the partitioning, you can skip that part): https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-format-a-hard-drive-2626077
Format via CMD: http://www.doztech.net/howto/format-your-flash-drive-with-diskpart/
Also, some manufacturers offer formatting tools for their flash drives and memory cards, so it would probably be easier to look for such a tool on the manufacturers website and use it to format your flash drive.
