I need help resetting a dell computer!

My grandma got a computer from my aunt it is a Dell Inspiron 1521. I need to do a factory reset on it but we don't have the admin password. Is there a way to bypass this to get into the factory reset settings?

Perhaps you can buy the recovery disks from Dell at this site:
