Es probable que su copia de Windows ha sido bloqueado por Microsoft - posiblemente por demasiadas instalaciones u otras posibilidades de piratería.
No estoy sugiriendo que usted ha pirateado el software, pero sólo decir por qué esto podría haber sucedido.
Es necesario ponerse en contacto con Microsoft para obtener una licencia vaild o (si ya tiene uno) pedirles su apoyo. Ellos probablemente necesitarán una foto de la etiqueta COE en el PC para que puedan ayudarle.

It is likely that your copy of Windows has been blacklisted by Microsoft - possibly by too many installations or other piracy possibilities.
I am not suggesting that you have pirated the software, but just saying why this could have happened.
You need to contact Microsoft to get a vaild licence or (if you already have one) ask for their support. They will probably need a photo of the COE sticker on the PC to enable them to help you.
