I have vista and a disk for above named program. However, I was able to install all programs except for toolbox which is what I need to scan and print or save. I uninstalled because I tried everything and nothing worked. Do I reinsert disk, buy a new one or update from your site. Thank you.

I suggest you download the drivers directly from Cannon:

https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/scanners/support-scanners-canoscan-series/canoscan-lide-30#DriversAndSoftware
