Forgot my password and my alternate email password

Hello,

Please someone guide me..i forgot my pwd n my alt email also cant be log in...any other way to solve my problem???? Yahoo juz give me an option by sending code to my alt email but unfortunately i forgot the pwd...like hotmail, it give the option to answer the question but im not often use that email...thats why i cant really answer the question
